Lupita Nyong’o joined her The Odyssey co-stars for the London photocall at IET London: Savoy Place this afternoon. In Christopher Nolan’s epic, she portrays both Helen of Troy and Clytemnestra, two of Greek mythology’s most formidable women.

With Zendaya embracing Greek mythology through custom Jacquemus and Anne Hathaway opting for soft romance in Blumarine, Lupita took a different route altogether. Her Chanel Resort 2027 look felt less about storytelling and more about precision.

The ivory design, framed by bold black trim, balanced classic Chanel signatures with a more modern aesthetic. The graphic contrast gave the look its strength, while the fluid silhouette kept it feeling light and effortless. I love how this serves as a reminder that Chanel doesn’t always need tweed or pearls to feel unmistakably Chanel.

We should hardly be surprised by the shoes. Lupita has long been loyal to classic pumps, and the black-and-white cap-toe pair felt like the natural finishing touch to this look.
