Emily Blunt’s Peplum Era Continues At The ‘Disclosure Day’ London Premiere

Emily Blunt attended the London premiere of Disclosure Day held at Cineworld Leicester Square this evening.

The actress wore a custom Stella McCartney strapless gown inspired by the label’s Pre-Fall 2026 collection, which combined intricate lilac lace with a sharply sculpted peplum, giving the look a striking presence on the red carpet.
Have you noticed what I have noticed?
Emily’s signature column silhouette now comes with a peplum.
We saw it in Paris, we saw it at the Met Gala, we saw it on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and we also saw a version of it at the London premiere of The Devil Wears Prada 2.
At this point, the peplum is becoming one of the most consistent thing in Emily’s wardrobe. The interesting thing is that she never repeats the idea in exactly the same way. From dramatic couture-inspired versions to cleaner, more streamlined interpretations, the peplum continues to reappear while taking on a different character each time.
This Stella McCartney version feels distinct again, using the exaggerated shape to create a striking contrast against the delicacy of the lilac lace.
Whether by design or coincidence, it has become one of the most noticeable developments in her recent style choices this year. The silhouette remains familiar, but the recurring peplum detail keeps introducing a fresh point of interest.

Hassanzadeh Jewellery earrings completed her look.
